The Woodlands Property Owners Association Board is happy to assist you with the closing process by providing The Woodlands Closing Letter. To ensure accuracy in the document, we will need the following information:

• The address of the property

• The closing date

• The purchase price of the property

• The names of the sellers as it appears on the deed

• The names of the buyers as it will appear on the deed

• Name, company, mailing address, phone number, email address of the closing representative for the buyer

• Any request for special information to assist with the closing process

Please send your request for The Woodlands Closing Letter as soon as possible but not later than one week prior to the closing date. The request should be sent to info@woodlands-poa.org
